Questions at the counter
Everything we get asked, grouped. If your question is not here, the counter answers email during business hours and would rather hear it than have you guess.
What is in a crate
What is actually included in a snapshot?
Nine fitted components, the same nine in every crate: an AI receptionist, an AI outbound caller, an AI chatbot, a professional website, a smart appointment system, review harvesting, review automation, database reactivation and lifetime nurture campaigns. What changes between crates is how each one is written and wired for that trade, not which ones you get.
Is there anything else bundled in?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than pad a feature list. Nine components is the whole fit. If a listing anywhere on this site implies a tenth, that is an error and we would like to know about it.
What is a GoHighLevel snapshot?
A saved copy of a sub-account's configuration: workflows, funnels, pipelines, forms, calendars, custom fields, triggers and templates. Importing one recreates all of that in another sub-account in a few minutes. It carries no contacts, no conversations and no customer data of any kind.
Do snapshots include contacts or conversation history?
No, and no snapshot from any vendor does. GoHighLevel snapshots carry configuration only. Anyone offering you a snapshot containing contact data is offering you something else entirely, and you should ask hard questions about where that data came from.
How many sub-accounts can I deploy one crate into?
Unlimited sub-accounts that you own or manage, including client sub-accounts. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the snapshot itself as a product. The licence terms spell this out.
Delivery and installation
How quickly is a snapshot delivered?
Within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Your share link and the written install notes arrive by email. Weekend orders go out on the next business day.
What installation support do I get?
12 hours of dedicated installation support with every purchase, to be used within 14 days. Take it in one block or in short sessions as you work through the fit-out. It covers the snapshot and the automations inside it.
How long does it take to go live?
The import takes a few minutes. Getting it genuinely live takes about an hour of custom values, calendars, numbers and message review, and that hour is what the installation support exists for. If you would rather not spend it, the fit-out service does the whole thing.
Do I need a specific GoHighLevel plan?
No. Everything we stock runs on a standard sub-account. You do need SMS and email sending enabled, which means a registered phone number and a verified sending domain rather than a plan upgrade.
What is A2P registration and do I need it?
A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration that lets a business send SMS in the US. Without it your texts are filtered or blocked. It is tied to your business identity, so no snapshot can include it. Submit it before you import, because approval can take several days and nobody can speed it up.
Will importing break my existing sub-account?
Importing adds assets, it does not delete yours. The real risk is duplication: if you already have a workflow listening to the same form, both will fire. Import into a fresh sub-account where you can, and use the conflict checklist in the install notes where you cannot.
Support scope
What does support actually cover?
The snapshot and its automations. Getting the nine components live, filling custom values, connecting calendars and numbers, adjusting the workflows inside the crate, and adding a few more alongside them.
What is quoted separately?
Third-party integrations, third-party API work and custom software development. These depend on another company's platform, rate limits and release schedule, so they get their own scope and their own price rather than being absorbed into a support hour. Some are delivered through a VA where that is the sensible route.
Why draw the line there?
Because it is where predictability ends. Everything inside the crate is ours to control. The moment work crosses into a system we do not control, the effort stops being estimable, and the alternatives are padding every price or quietly running out of goodwill. Neither is a good deal for you.
Do you update snapshots when GoHighLevel changes?
Yes. When a platform change breaks something in a crate we rebuild the affected part and send updated share links to everyone who bought it at no cost, for twelve months from purchase.
Buying, licence and refunds
How much does a snapshot cost?
Between $850 and $1,500 depending on the niche and how much machinery it carries. Nothing on this site is ever displayed or discounted below $850, including inside the packs.
Why are snapshots priced this way rather than at template prices?
Because a crate is not a template. It is nine working components including voice AI, a ten-day nurture and a review engine, written and wired for a specific trade. A cheap snapshot is almost always somebody's exported client account with the labels left on.
What is your refund policy?
Digital assets that can be imported the moment you receive them cannot be returned once the share link has been opened. If a crate does not import, is missing something the listing promised, or is broken by a platform change, we fix it or refund it. Tell us within fourteen days.
Can I resell a snapshot I bought?
You can deploy it into unlimited sub-accounts you own or manage, including client accounts. You cannot resell, redistribute, bundle or publish the snapshot itself as a product. Full terms are on the terms page.
Is there a subscription?
Not for snapshots. You buy the crate, you own the crate. The only recurring thing we sell is the white label support desk, which is monthly and rolling.
About the depot
How many snapshots do you stock?
23, across four aisles: home and trade services, health and wellness, professional services, and hospitality and digital. Breadth is the point of a depot, and we would rather stock 23 crates properly than list a hundred we have not built.
Are you affiliated with GoHighLevel?
No. DFY Depot is independent. We build on GoHighLevel and we are not owned, endorsed or operated by HighLevel Inc. Their trademarks belong to them.
Why do the reviews say they are samples?
Because the depot opened recently and we do not have verified customer reviews yet. Rather than leave an empty shelf or invent testimonials, the review section is stocked with clearly labelled sample dockets, and no rating or review structured data is published while that is the case. Real reviews will replace them and be labelled as real.
How do I get in touch?
The contact page, or email the counter directly. We answer during business hours, Monday to Friday, Eastern time.
